Once you have chosen all the products and proceed to the checkout you will enter your billing and shipping information on our website. When you confirm these details you are transferred to the HSBC Secure Site. Here you enter your card details, confirm your address details that are passed from our site and the transaction is complete.
The HSBC secure payments site has the advantage of utilising the latest security initiatives as soon as they become available. MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa have already been implemented on the HSBC payment site.
When you submit an order you are allowing us to use your personal details to deliver the goods to you and and this information may be given to couriers to allow the goods to be delivered, otherwise we never pass any details to any other company. As we use the HSBC secure online payment system we never even see customer card details.
We do not use your details for any purpose other than supplying you with the goods you ordered.
