Payment will only be taken when the goods are dispatched. This is when we confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Postage charges
The postage charge is based upon the weight of the items you order and is shown in the cart. Our maximum postage
charge is £4.95 for mainland UK.
As soon as possible we will be adding the ability to calculate the shipping charge in the cart before you have to log on.

Delivery
Orders are sent by Royal Mail and delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.
Product availability
All items are usually in stock and available for immediate dispatch unless indicated otherwise. If there has
been a mistake and a product is not available or you require a greater quantity than we have in stock we will
contact you by e-mail to give you the option of cancelling or waiting for the item to be sent on as soon as
possible.
Cancelling or changing your Order
If you want to cancel or change your order please let us know by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible quoting
your order number and name.
Returns Policy
You have a right to return your goods to us up to 14 days after receipt. You pay only the cost of returning the
items and will receive a refund of money due to you. All goods must be returned unopened and undamaged. Please
ensure that you receive a proof of postage and insure the goods if necessary.
Faulty or damaged goods
Please contact us as soon as possible if your goods arrive damaged or faulty.
